How do I pick up my order?

Local pick up can be selected under the shipping options. 

Once your order is ready you will receive a pick up confirmation email.  To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, please reply to the confirmation email to schedule a pick up appointment at your earliest convenience. Please do not arrive at the greenhouse without scheduling.

To help reduce waste and promote sustainability, we kindly ask that you bring your own bag, box or crate for your purchases. This small effort makes a big difference for the environment!

If the order is abandoned please reach out to us and we will refund the amount of the order minus a 20% restocking fee to a The Plant Ward gift card. We are happy to accommodate and hold the purchase longer than 7 Days if needed.
