Shipping

We ship orders the following week on Monday-Wednesday after purchase. From November to May, shipping rates may be higher due to added protection, including extra poly-fill, quilt batting, and a 72-96 hour heat pack.

Our plants are packaged with incredible care. however, we are not responsible for carrier handling. Please notify us ASAP if you need to have us hold your order for poor weather or time away from the shipping address.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. While our plants are preventatively treated, we recommend quarantining new arrivals for 3 weeks.

Shipping stress may cause wilting or browning, especially with variegated plants. Place your plant in indirect light, water as needed, and wait 2-3 weeks before repotting. Humidity can help plants recover faster.

Return policy

All sales are final. However we are always here to help you navigate any concerns that you may have. We take pride in our pest management prevention techniques. However we still recommend to practice good quarantine habits with new plants by keeping them away from other plants in your home for a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
